CHRISTMAS DINNER 2008

GDB Christmas dinner - 6th December, Bell Inn Motel - Codicote
This years Christmas dinner will be held at the Bell Motel Codicote (as it was last year). The menu is as follows

  • Starters
    Thai style fish cakes served with a sweet chilli sauce
    Carrot & coriander soup
    Pate maison with melba toast

  • Main course:
    Sliced roast turkey with honey glazed ham with apricot and chestnut stuffing, chipolata sausages on a redcurrant and port sauce
    Oven baked salmon with lemon and herb butter
    Braised lamb shank
    (v) Mixed mushroom stroganoff

  • Dessert:
    Xmas pudding with choice of brandy suase, thick cream or custard
    Baileys cheescake
    Fresh fruit pavlova
    Mini cheese board


    Followed by coffee and mint

    The price of the meal will be £20 per person, £10 for under 11's
    We are taking £5 deposits now, but we need all payments to be complete by the 26th November
